Hand-cut and individually vacuum sealed, each steak averages 20 oz. This premium cut is packaged for freshness, easy storage, and convenient thawing.

All orders are typically delivered within 2 days of shipping. All meat products are packed in an insulated box containing multiple cold gel packs to keep your order chilled and fresh.
In store pickup is available every Thursday from 3-6pm. Select "Pickup" at checkout if you would like to pick up your order.
